2. Nature of Hear.help

Hear.help is an informational and patient-navigation platform focused on hearing health, tinnitus and related hearing problems.

The platform helps users understand symptoms and possible care pathways, explore treatments and emerging technologies, follow research, and discover specialists, clinics, products and other relevant resources.

All health-related content provided through Hear.help is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

3. User Eligibility

Hear.help is intended for users aged 18 and over.

By using the platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that your use of the platform is permitted under applicable law.

4. AI Chat - Terms of Use

Hear.help provides an AI-powered chat assistant using Dante AI technology. The chat is available without registration.

By using the AI chat, you acknowledge that:

• - responses are informational and educational only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis or treatment;
• - the AI assistant does not replace consultation with a qualified healthcare professional;
• - AI-generated information may be incomplete, inaccurate or outdated;
• - chat interaction data may be stored for up to 24 months in accordance with our Privacy Policy;
• - you should not submit information that is unnecessary to answer your question, including identification numbers, medical documents containing identifying information or personal data of third parties;
• - you must not attempt to manipulate, exploit, reverse-engineer or interfere with the AI chat or its underlying systems.

Decisions concerning your health, diagnosis or treatment should always be made in consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.

5. Medical Disclaimer

Hear.help does not provide medical services and does not establish a doctor-patient relationship.

Information presented through the website, AI chat, research summaries, treatment descriptions, product information or external links must not be used as a substitute for professional medical assessment.

If you believe that you may require urgent medical attention, contact an appropriate healthcare provider or emergency service in your location.

6. Specialists, Clinics, Treatments and Products

Hear.help may provide information about specialists, clinics, treatments, medical technologies, hearing-related products, research projects and other third-party resources.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, inclusion on Hear.help does not constitute medical endorsement, certification, recommendation or guarantee of effectiveness, safety, availability or suitability for any individual user.

Users are responsible for independently evaluating specialists, clinics, treatments, products and other services before making healthcare or purchasing decisions.

7. External and Affiliate Links

Hear.help may contain links to external websites operated by clinics, specialists, manufacturers, retailers, research organisations and other third parties.

Some links may be affiliate or referral links. Hear.help may receive a commission or other benefit when a user follows such a link or completes a transaction with the external provider.

Purchases, bookings, payments and other transactions are completed directly with the third-party provider. Hear.help is not a party to those transactions and does not process payment card information for them.

The address contact@hear.help is provided for general enquiries concerning Hear.help, partnerships and the operation of the platform. It is not intended for medical consultations, diagnosis or individual treatment advice.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• scrape, crawl, harvest or systematically extract data from Hear.help by automated means without permission;
• bypass or interfere with technical protections, security measures or access controls;
• attempt to reverse-engineer, manipulate or disrupt the AI chat or website functionality;
• use Hear.help to generate or distribute unlawful, misleading, harmful or fraudulent content;
• submit personal data of third parties without an appropriate legal basis;
• use Hear.help in any manner that violates applicable law or infringes the rights of others.

10. Intellectual Property

Content created or commissioned for Hear.help, including texts, graphics, website design, research summaries and other materials, is owned by TRIBE TINNITUS Sp. z o.o. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

10.1 AI-generated content and visuals

Some images, illustrations, characters, videos and other materials used on Hear.help may be created with the assistance of artificial intelligence tools.

Such materials are used for informational, educational or illustrative purposes and should not be interpreted as depicting real individuals, medical professionals, clinical situations or factual events unless explicitly stated.

11. Third-Party Services

Hear.help uses or links to third-party services, including AI infrastructure, analytics services, hosting services and external websites. TRIBE TINNITUS Sp. z o.o. does not control and is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, content, accessibility, security or privacy practices of third-party services. Their use may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Hear.help is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by applicable law, TRIBE TINNITUS Sp. z o.o. does not guarantee:

• uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform;
• the accuracy, completeness or currentness of AI-generated responses or other informational content;
• that any particular specialist, clinic, treatment, product or technology will be suitable or effective for an individual user;
• the availability of any external specialist, clinic, product, treatment, research project or third-party service;
• compatibility with every device, browser or network configuration.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TRIBE TINNITUS Sp. z o.o. is not liable for losses or damages arising from:

• use of or inability to use Hear.help;
• reliance on AI-generated responses or other informational content;
• healthcare or treatment decisions made on the basis of information available through Hear.help;
• services, products or information provided by external specialists, clinics, manufacturers or other third parties;
• technical disruptions, data loss or unauthorised access resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

14. Changes to Hear.help

TRIBE TINNITUS Sp. z o.o. may modify, update, suspend or discontinue parts of Hear.help, including AI chat functionality, content, available features and links to external services.

15. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute concerning Hear.help, please contact us first at contact@hear.help. We aim to respond within 10 business days.

Consumers may also use applicable out-of-court consumer dispute resolution mechanisms available under Polish or European Union law.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland and applicable European Union law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in the user's country of residence.

17. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms when Hear.help, applicable law or our services change. The latest version will always be published at www.Hear.help.
